TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Before joining any of our tours, please read and agree to the following terms:

1. Service Provider: All tours are organised and conducted by Gdansk Food Tour Bartłomiej Dymny, NIP: 5070071628.

2. Booking and Payment: Prior reservation and payment are mandatory for all tours. If encountering any booking difficulties online, feel free to reach out to us for assistance. Bookings can be made via our online form where payment options (Bank Transfer, PayPal, Credit Card) are available. Your booking is only confirmed upon submission, and you will receive confirmation within 48 hours, along with payment instructions. Last-minute bookings will be promptly addressed. The sales contract is deemed concluded upon booking submission and payment receipt.

3. Minimum Participants: A minimum of 2 participants is required for tour commencement. We retain the right to cancel due to insufficient attendance, offering alternatives or full refunds as appropriate.

4. Itinerary Alterations: Meeting points and start times are subject to change. Please ensure accurate contact details are provided during booking for timely communication. Tour stops and inclusions may vary based on circumstances, and we reserve the right to adjust the itinerary accordingly.

5. Age Requirements: Public tours welcome participants aged 7 and above, while individuals must be 18 or older to sample alcoholic beverages. Private tours can be arranged for families with younger children upon request. 

6. Dietary Restrictions and Allergies: Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies during booking. While we accommodate vegetarians on all tours and vegans on specific ones, we regretfully cannot cater to kosher, halal diets. As our tours are pre-planned, last-minute changes may not always be feasible.

7. Late Arrival and No-Show Policy: Punctuality is essential to ensure a seamless experience for all guests. The guide will wait for up to 10 minutes for latecomers. Please note that guides are not obligated to call tardy participants. Tickets are nonrefundable and non-transferable, with exceptions made only in case of tour guide emergencies or illness.

8. Safety: Participants are responsible for their and their children’s safety during tours.

9. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation terms vary based on the type of tour or event booked. For public tours, cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance incur no fee, while private tours entail specific cancellation fees based on notice period.

10. Liability and Complaints: Your satisfaction is paramount to us. Should you have any post-service concerns or complaints, please communicate them in writing within 30 days of the tour, and we will address them promptly.
